Fillet of salmon and tiger prawns, pan fried with a vanilla scented olive oil, served with mashed potato and celeriac and finished with a chive and cream sauce 

Chicken breast wrapped with pancetta, roasted in the oven and set on a base
of basil flavoured risotto and roasted cherry tomatoes  

A goats cheese tart served with a selection of roasted vegetables
and a balsamic butter sauce
