The soup of the moment is winter vegetable soup.

Smooth duck liver terrine with olive oil toasts and Lysses chutney.

A trio of smoked mackerel, gravelax of salmon and prawns
served with a chive scented mayonnaise

Avocado, tomato and mozzarella salad with balsamic reduction

Fillet of cod steamed with spring onion, lemon and ginger
with linguine pasta and drizzled with a lemon sauce.

Pan fried chicken breast, thyme roasted carrots, parsnips and sauté potatoes,
finished with a port wine sauce.

Honey glazed pork cutlet served with, creamed garlic potatoes,
crispy chorizo sausage and finished with a red wine sauce

. Mushroom and asparagus risotto with parsnip crisps
and fresh Parmesan cheese.

Dinner parties of 15 or more will be presented with a slightly smaller version of the fixed price menu. This will still include 4 choices within each course.
