treasure trails

If you fancy something a bit different why not buy a Treasure Trail. Treasure Trails are a different way to explore somewhere new whilst solving a treasure hunt. An easy to follow route will take you to the most interesting and beautiful sights and along the way you must answer the clues to be able to solve the mystery. Each treasure hunt is completed in your own time.  It should take about 2 hours and costs just  £5.  The walking is gentle and is about 1.5 miles.  It is suitable for wheelchairs and pushchairs if you use the front entrance of the church.   It is great fun for all the family and a great way to keep the children entertained.  Why not grab a bite to eat or stop for a coffee along the way.   For further information see www.treasuretrails.co.uk.  Fareham Trails can be purchased from hotel reception.

MEON VALLEY CYCLE HIRE

Meon Valley Cycle Hire is by booking only, usually starting from 'Thatchers Copse' located on National Cycle Route 2, Titchfield, near Fareham on the Hampshire coast. They offer a variety of bikes to suit most road and off-road challenges for all the family. They also have a number of 'tag-a-longs' and child seats that can be attached to adult bikes so that children from 18 months can be catered for. Tag-a-longs allow children to enjoy all the fun of cycling, whilst riding safely attached to an adult's bike, ensuring that tired legs can take a break, but the bike will still be making progress courtesy of the adult.
