CONFERENCES AND TRAINING COURSES
There are five well appointed meeting rooms with a capacity of two to one hundred. Packages include day delegate and residential. You will find full details in our Conference Brochure.
Audio visual equipment can be supplied and rooms can be arranged as required in a variety of layouts.
For all our Conference Guests the following Services are available:
- We guarantee to serve your tea / coffee breaks on time or there will be no charge.
- Sandwich lunches are available as an alternative to those listed and can be taken in the restaurant or in the conference room.
- Where a sandwich lunch is taken your package price per person will be lowered accordingly.
- If you have a strict timetable to work to, please inform our staff who will do everything possible to ensure your lunch break is taken in the time allotted.
- Alternative refreshment breaks.
- Direct dial telephone in each conference room.
- Photocopying, OHP sheets, photocopying onto OHP sheets, copy typing, fax service.
- Express checkout
- Evening Room Hire is available per hour from 7.00 pm.
- Join us in The Richmond Restaurant at your own leisure for breakfast or dinner.
- At weekends, delegates are invited to bring their partners for a small charge when sharing a room. Meals are charged as taken. Our staff have full details of local facilities and attractions.
