Last Friday my family and I celebrated my aunt's birthday in the restaurant. The ambience, food and service was excellent and Clive, the Chef Director, could not have been more helpful and attentive to ensure our party was a success. Many thanks.

I had used the Lysses House Hotel for a Businesswomens Networking Lunch which was raising money for a local childrens disability charity. The feedback we received for the event from our guests was always good; we had great speakers from all walks of life,but the food was always high on the agenda and always a talking point once we were seated at the beautifully laid out tables and ensured our guests came back time and time again. Clive was also very generous with the rates he charged us which meant we could maximise our income for the charity. So, in a new role for a different company I volunteered to arrange the Christmas Lunch 2009, knowing it would be a huge success. How could it be anything else if I booked it at the Lysses House Hotel? Needless to say the group of 9 colleageus were both delighted and impressed with what was included in the cost of the Christmas Lunch, but also the quality of the food we were served and the informal but attentive service we received from the staff. Thank you Team Lysses for not letting me down.

We celebrated our wedding at Lysses House Hotel in September.Clive and all of his team on the day were 5 Star and we can only say that anyone who wants to have this kind of service please choose Lysses as there is no other venue which can even match the treatment we and our family and friends received.

Wedding on Saturday 29th August
We would just like to express our sincere thanks to all at Lysses House Hotel for helping to make us and all of our guests welcome and 'at home' for our wedding. The food and venue were exeptional. The reduction on the room tariff were greatly appreciated by our guests.
Despite some late requests and re-arrangements on our part these were dealt with quickly by Nicky, the Manager, without fuss and helped the day run somoothly. Clive, the chef director, was also extremely helpful with the organisation of the day, particularly the food. We needed some dishes made ad hoc that were not normally available on the menu and Clive and his staff were commended on their 'Oyinbo Jollof Rice', which was very popular in the evening buffet.
Brian, the night manager, was extremely helpful with various requests and nothing appeared to much trouble. Finally the regular DJ for the evening was fantastic and filled the dane floor with a wide range of music and kept the dancers happy.

My daughter and I recently stayed here when she was competing at the All England Dance Regional Finals at Ferneham Hall - just wanted to say what a wonderful, friendly hotel this is. The staff are fantastic - really helpful and so kind. The location of the hotel for Ferneham Hall is great (walking distance) and the rooms are lovely and clean. I will definitely be returning and would recommend Lysses House Hotel to anyone!Thank you for a wonderful stay!

In June you catered for my grandparents Diamond Wedding anniversary. The food was amazing and we had a fabulous time. Some of our guests stayed overnight and said the accomodation was great and the staff friendly. Thank You to your wonderful chef who took the time to discuss every detail with my grandma.
