We held our annual xmas dinner on 7/12/2011. All twenty members thoroughly enjoyed the experience again. The occassion ticked all of the boxes for us.

Last week we had a Family Celebration meal in your Restaurant to mark our Golden Wedding. Thank you to all the Staff at Lysses for the excellent service and delicious food, making it a lovely occasion.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Clive and all the team who helped make our wedding day last Saturday 6th August 2011, such a happy, wonderful day for all our family and friends.The setting, food, everything was just perfect. I couldn't have chosen any better.
I would highly recommend this hotel for a wedding.

We cannot thank Clive and his fabulous team enough for making our wedding celebration so perfect. The food, wine and service is 5*. All our guests have said how helpful and friendly the staff were too. Loved the venue. Clive, breakfast the next day day was very good to, the perfect finish to our celebrations - to sit with all our guests again. Thank you again. We'll be back for dinner soon..

So many thanks to Clive and his team for their support and contribution to our recent wedding celebrations. The food and service were excellent and nothing was too much trouble.

Clive and his staff are the best!!! very caring and accomodating, the food and wine superb and a first class service with a smile.

We had our wedding reception at The Lysses yesterday (12 May 11) and the whole day was fantastic especially due to Clive and the exceptional staff.

The function could not have gone any smoother and the staff were wholly attentive, caring to our every need and genuinely enhanced the whole experience.

If we ever have another family function The Lysses will definitely be top of our list of venues to host the event.

I was asked to arrange a lunch for 31 people. Half of them ex Army Catering Corps members. So I was a little apprehensive to say the least. No need to worry. The meal was superb. The staff very efficient. In fact I have booked for another lunch later in the year.

We celebrated our Wedding at the Lysses in July and cannot recommend them more highly! Clive, James, Nicky and all their team were highly professional, efficient, patient and supportive. There is nothing that was too much trouble and they were happy to help at every point. The food was outstanding (which we have come to realise is the usual standard) and the entire day was made really special as a result of their exceptional service. We thank them so very much for making our day the perfect Wedding Day!

We recently celebrated our Ruby Wedding Anniversary at Lysses House and would like to thank Clive and his staff (especially James) for making our "special day" so enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and the food and service was superb. The staff were very attentive and everything was well organised. Thank you Clive.
